Digital Product Manager

About the role:
This is a unique opportunity for a purpose-driven, creative, and experienced individual to make a big impact on Gartner’s Services Business as part of the Gartner Technology Innovation & Analytics group. We are looking for an impact-driven, self-motivated problem solver who can lead the digital transformation for the Services business within Gartner. This role focuses on transforming customer journey narratives and client presentations through innovative technology solutions while driving measurable business outcomes. Using AI and automation that can be integrated in existing platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft suite to bring this transformation across Gartner. The product manager will be a part of a team of business analysts, data scientists, engineers, and designers to drive innovation. As a Product Manager, you will lead and mentor others to lead business interviews to identify opportunities to innovate and drive value. You may also lead scrum teams to design new platform experiences, learn and quickly iterate to improve the life of our Service Associates and elevate Gartner customer’s experience.
What will you do:
· Design, manage, and support AI and automation capabilities and functional alignment to overall enterprise strategy and process
· Identify and develop AI, automation that can be integrated into existing platforms such as Salesforce and Microsoft suite as the main tools for solution capabilities
· Understand customer and business needs and synthesize opportunities
· Lead the identification, development, and implementation of AI and automation solutions that enhance productivity for service organization.
· Integrate input from multiple channels, including multiple business users and stakeholder requirements, into product priorities and requirements
· Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and innovation opportunities
· Serve as product owner and lead a scrum team of engineers, business analyst, and designers
· Design, build, launch and assess continually to improve user experience
· Continue to analyze data and synthesize findings and actionable insights
· Establish a vision and roadmaps and provide visibility to business and technical stakeholders
· Collaborate with other business unit PMs to drive synergy and long-term solutions
· Develop AI-assisted content creation workflows for client presentations and proposals
· Drive user experience through requirements validating each step via mockups and user feedback through various Service business units
· Partner with data scientists, data engineers and other product owners to assess custom built vs third party AI and automation solutions
· Manage the overall Sprint Cycle - Product Backlog, Sprint Planning & Backlog, User Stories
· Coordinate the delivery schedule cadence with IT transformation lead/scrum masters
· Drive Working Relationship with IT partners for prioritization, focus and solution delivery
· Coordinate with other business units (Sales, R&A, Marketing, G.com, etc) to leverage existing solutions and to provide Services’ solutions to others
· Collect the voice of the customer so to drive future product vision
What you will need:
· Bachelor’s Degree in math, statistics, engineering or a related field required
· 3 years of experience in digital product management
· Have at least 3 years of domain expertise (AI and Automation, preferably to produce customer journey centric workflow enhancements or customer presentations)
· Demonstrated ability to translate qualitative and quantitative analysis into actionable business strategies
· Experience in gathering input from and communicating ideas to clients and key stakeholders across businesses
· Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of business, data science and technical stakeholders
· Strong working knowledge of lean product principles and software development lifecycle
· Working knowledge and understanding of the Agile principles and execution
· Outstanding product management skills (projects involving internal and external stakeholders) with ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads
· Ability to work in a culture that thrives on feedback and seeks opportunities to stretch outside your comfort zone, with bias for action and shipping
· Gartner Services business knowledge is a strong plus.
· Proven track record of delivering AI powered customer-facing products or solutions is a strong plus

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 92,000 USD - 131,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
