This role requires a strong people-oriented approach, with a focus on responding to tenant concerns and requests in a timely and professional manner. Candidates should also have a solid accounting background to support financial tasks and reporting.
- Rent collection and payment processing with consistent follow-up and reporting
- Tenant relations, including communication, issue resolution, and retention
- Housekeeping coordination to ensure common areas and units are maintained to high standards
- Maintenance coordination with trusted vendors to address repairs promptly and efficiently
- Overall property coordination and daily operational supervision
- City of Miami Workforce Housing Program requirements
- Property Appraiser guidelines for tax benefits
- Licenses, certificates, renewals, and scheduled inspections
