Description

Essential Duties and Accountabilities

1. Ensures all components are correct in size, color and order.
2. Enters data into the computer system.
3. Scans ballistic panel barcode and plate.
4. Verifies accuracy of ballistic and information.
5. Assembles the ballistic following the process steps according to work order specifications.
6. Prints packaging slips.
7. Inserts carrier assembly into the plastic bag, paste label and puts carrier in box.
8. Closes the box with tape and inserts the packaging list into the envelope.
9. Performs a visual inspection for accuracy.
10. Weighs the box and enter the information into the system.
11. Prints the shipping label and tracking and pastes onto box.
12. Confirms label matches the information in the system.
13. Places the completed box on pallet.
14. Diligently attends to details and pursues quality in accomplishing tasks.
15. Responsible for working according to the company's safety and quality standards.
16. Maintains a safe and clean work area.
17. Performs other related duties as required and or as assigned.

Qualifications

• Able to understand basic work and safety instructions in English.
• Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function for this position.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

• Requires standing for a prolonged period of time and lifting up to 25 lbs. unassisted.
• Requires repetitive movements with fingers, hands and arms.
• Requires walking and moving in narrow spaces for long periods of time.
