At The Joint Chiropractic – St. Augustine , we’re looking for a motivated Chiropractic Physician to join our team 2–3 days per week , with a clear path to grow into a full-time role in 2026 as we expand into additional clinics in Palm Coast and Ormond Beach.

We follow a model that removes all the barriers that usually get in a doctor’s way — no insurance billing, no PI, no selling treatment plans — just high-quality, routine chiropractic care in a supportive and streamlined environment. Our doctors are paid a guaranteed daily rate with additional performance bonuses , allowing them to focus on patient care rather than insurance paperwork or sales quotas.

This role is ideal for both new graduates and experienced chiropractors who want to focus on patient care without the stress of running a private practice.

About the Clinic Owner
This clinic is locally owned and operated by Kevin Sylvester. Our goal is to create an environment where chiropractors can focus on delivering great care while enjoying a positive and supportive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with patients by reviewing health histories, examining, and evaluating neuromusculoskeletal systems

• Deliver safe and effective manual adjustments to the spine and extremities

• Educate patients on the benefits of ongoing chiropractic wellness care

• Maintain accurate and timely patient records/SOAP notes

• Order diagnostic imaging when clinically necessary and review findings

• Build positive doctor–patient relationships rooted in trust and communication

• Support membership conversations through care-focused recommendations

• Work collaboratively with our team to maintain smooth patient flow and great energy in the clinic

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) from an accredited chiropractic college

• Active Florida license (or in process)

• Strong adjusting skills with a patient-first mindset

• Eligible for malpractice insurance

• 1–3 years of experience preferred but not required

• Excellent communication, positive attitude, and willingness to grow

Schedule

We are hiring for 2–3 days per week , and we appreciate a doctor who has a bit of flexibility.

Weekend availability is a plus.

• $315–$405 per day , depending on experience
