Wholesale Parts Manager
Wholesale Parts Manager Southern 441 Toyota – Royal Palm Beach, FL About the Role We’re looking for a high-energy, people-driven Wholesale Parts Manager who thrives on being out in the community, shaking hands, and building lasting relationships. This is not a desk job. Your primary mission is to create and grow wholesale parts sales by connecting with independent repair shops, body shops, fleet operators, and anyone else who needs Toyota parts—then keeping those connections strong. Please note: This is a performance-driven role. Earnings are based on your results and sales production. If you’re the kind of person who builds trust fast and closes deals, we want you leading our wholesale charge. What You’ll Do
- Be the face of our dealership in the wholesale market: visit or communicate with customers daily, network at industry events, and keep our store top-of-mind.
- Drive sales growth by developing new accounts and strengthening existing ones with consistent follow-ups and tailored solutions. Ongoing engagement is critical for success.
- Collaborate closely with our Fixed Operations Director and Service Manager to align sales strategies and service opportunities.
- Partner with the Parts Department to coordinate pricing, inventory, and delivery schedules—stepping in to assist with counter or shipping operations when needed.
- Develop and manage online wholesale sales opportunities, including responding quickly to internet inquiries, cultivating digital leads, and tracking results.
- Maintain accurate records of customer contacts, sales calls, and market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activity and recommend strategies to stay ahead.
- Ensure all wholesale transactions meet dealership standards for accuracy, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Extrovert with serious hustle—you enjoy being on the move and meeting new people every day.
- Exceptional, proven sales background: outside sales, territory development, or similar “boots on the ground” experience with a documented track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
- Strong organizational skills and relentless follow-up habits.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus for our market.
- Automotive parts or dealership experience is a huge plus, but not required if you bring elite sales skills and the drive to learn.
