Johnson Brothers Plumbing is a reputable, growing company. We are currently looking to fill a position for a Service Plumber that meets the qualifications listed. We are willing to provide additional training as needed in order to insure the Service Plumber is equipped.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to residential and commercial service calls
• Accurately diagnose and repair plumbing issues
• Perform installations and replacements of fixtures, piping, and systems
• Handle drain cleaning, re-piping, and gas line services
• Maintain a clean, organized service truck and keep tools in working order
• Protect customer homes by following safety and cleanliness protocols
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions
• Represent the company with professionalism and respect
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading machinery safely and efficiently
• Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment as required for installation or repairs
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes during all phases of work
• Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and materials used on each project

•\tA professional, honest and reliable individual who is focused on providing excellent customer service
* Clean background check and drug test (Applicants with drug/alcohol issues should not apply)
•\tHigh school diploma or GED
* Must have great communication skills, both verbal and written
•\tExcellent customer service and communication skills
* Able to interact well with customers to create a pleasant experience, such as being personable, attentive, and patient, responding in a - positive way with customers
* Able to multi-task such as answering phones and scheduling jobs in a software program
* Proficient in typing and the use of Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel
•\tHigh personal integrity and a team-oriented mindset
* Interact well with other team members that is conducive to maintaining a positive constructive environment
* Plumbing experience and Service Titan experience is a plus
•\tWilling and able to work a full 40-hour week
