Remote Data Entry Clerk
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. Duties and Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update data within database systems and spreadsheets.
- Verify the precision of data prior to its entry into systems.
- Compile and organize information to prepare it for data entry.
- Maintain and organize files and records in both digital and physical formats.
- Prepare and classify documents for data entry processes.
- Respond to inquiries for information and access relevant files as necessary.
- Uphold the confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
- Assist in data cleanup and report generation as required.
- Conduct regular backups to ensure the preservation of data.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members and departments to ensure data integrity.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management is a plus.
- Proven experience in a data entry role or a similar position.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
