salary: $45,498 - $51,800 per year

Responsibilities

We aren't just looking for button-pushers. Our current Xplore Pipeline features candidates with the specialized "Swiss Army Knife" skill sets that drive ROI:

• 5-Axis Precision: Specialists in complex Angle Channel and multi-axis machining.

• The Programming Powerhouse: Operators transitioning into G-Code and CAD/Mastercam experts.

• Precision Machining: Experts in maintaining tight tolerances (up to ±.0001) and performing first-article inspections.

• Multi-Axis Proficiency: Experienced in 3, 4, and 5-axis Milling and Lathe operations (Live Tooling/Sub-spindle).

• Programming & Setup: Ranging from "Operator Plus" (offset adjustments/tool changes) to full "Setup/Programmers" fluent in G-Code, Mastercam, or Surfcam.

• Blueprint Mastery: Full ability to interpret complex GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) symbols and technical drawings.

• Tooling Optimization: Knowledge of speeds and feeds to maximize tool life and reduce cycle times.

• Operational Continuity: Our candidates understand the demands of high-volume production environments and are committed to maintaining machine uptime and shift-to-shift communication.

• Quality Focused: Proficient with manual inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, bore gauges) and familiar with CMM reporting.

The essential functions of this role include:
