Renewal of NW Florida is an independently owned restoration dry cleaning company, specializing in providing dry cleaning services to property owners, insurance carriers, and contractors following household damage due to fire, smoke, water, mold, soot, and other disasters. With a reputation for excellence and extraordinary customer service, we proudly serve NW Florida and southeastern Georgia. Renewal of NW Florida is a division of Shamrock Cleaners and has been a staple in the community for over 40 years. We are seeking a Restoration Technician to assist in meeting clients' restoration dry cleaning needs. The ideal candidate will interact with customers, go out on packouts and receive the affected items. Return the items to the plant. Tag the items. Enter the data into the system. Assist and cleaning as needed, and return the items to the customer. The is a great career opportunity with strong earning upside with a stable community based company. Compensation is based upon performance and ability. Great earning potential. Key Responsibilities:
- Flexibility to work after hours and be on-call as needed
- Organize and manage pack-outs, assess rooms, and determine the best approach for inventorying and removing textiles
- Act as the primary customer contact when necessary
- Maintain a valid drivers license
