Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

Good interpersonal skills; responds to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner

Solid analytical, creative, and problem-solving abilities
