Position Overview

As a Customer Service & Sales Representative , you’ll play a vital role in supporting and expanding our customer base. You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls , live chats, and emails assisting prospects and clients with questions, providing product demonstrations, and identifying new sales opportunities.

This position blends customer service, inside sales, and relationship management to deliver the exceptional experience our users expect from PitBullTax.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, demos, and trial users.
• Handle inbound calls and chats from customers and prospects.
• Conduct product demos and guide users through software features.
• Convert inquiries and trial users into paying customers.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM (Salesforce).
• Provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to share customer feedback and improve processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management , preferably in SaaS, accounting, or tax-related industries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident making outbound calls and engaging prospects professionally.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn software quickly.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team player.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
