Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to office staff and project managers
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet clients and vendors professionally
• Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting preparation
• Assist with document preparation, data entry, and file organization (digital and physical)
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
• Help coordinate communication between office and field teams
• Support with permitting paperwork, invoices, and job documentation as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Highly motivated administrator (construction or engineering industry a plus)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with technology
• Self-starter with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
