Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM

BG Staffing is seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Assistant Property Manager for a full‑time contract role in Tampa, FL. This position requires prior experience in affordable housing, including knowledge of compliance, certifications, and resident qualification processes. Responsibilities

• Assist with daily property operations and administrative tasks
• Support leasing activities, renewals, and resident communication
• Process applications and verify eligibility for affordable housing programs
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with housing regulations
• Handle rent collection, notices, and resident inquiries
• Collaborate with the Property Manager to ensure smooth community operations

Qualifications

• Affordable housing experience required (LIHTC, HUD, Section 8, or similar)
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities
• Proficiency with property management software is a plus
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast‑paced environment
• Professional, reliable, and detail‑focused
