FTL Service Technician

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with commercial access control systems and/or CCTV installations and troubleshooting . This role involves servicing, maintaining, and upgrading security systems at client sites, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and service commercial access control and CCTV systems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in the field.
• Perform routine maintenance and system upgrades.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure timely and quality service.
• Maintain accurate documentation of service calls and system configurations.
• Stay current with industry standards and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in commercial security systems (access control and/or CCTV).
• Familiarity with brands such as Lenel, Genetec, Avigilon, Axis, or similar.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $38.00/hr.
