The Opportunity
As an Outside Commercial Account Executive, you’ll be the face of our company in your territory, uncovering opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals. This is not just an office job; you’ll be out in the field meeting clients, inspecting properties, and recommending solutions that make a real impact.
What You’ll Do
- Proactively hunt for new commercial accounts through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough property inspections, including crawl spaces, attics, and rooftops to assess pest, rodent, and bird issues.
- Present and sell tailored solutions that protect businesses and safeguard reputations.
- Build strong, professional relationships with clients and internal teams to maximize referral opportunities and customer satisfaction.
- Manage your territory strategically to drive consistent growth and exceed sales goals.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven outside sales success with a history of hitting or exceeding targets.
- A track record of career stability (no frequent job changes without clear progression).
- Strong prospecting and closing skills, you’re a natural hunter.
- Physical comfort working in varied environments (including tight spaces, heights, and sometimes getting dirty).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to win.
