Personal Lines Inside Sales Representative

Job Description:
A property and casualty client is seeking a Personal Lines Inside Sales Representative to follow up with warm leads from credit unions. This professional will not be expected to cold call.

Responsibilities:

• Make and take calls to/from warm leads, advising on coverages, and quoting for homeowners and auto insurance
• Document and update all customer information within customer service database
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
• Manage electronic documents

Requirements:

• 3+ years of recent personal lines agent/customer service experience specific to homeowners/auto, within an independent agency
• Active Florida 220 license
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. ET or 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. ET
• Residence in Sarasota, FL and willingness to work in the office

Pay Range:
The anticipated pay range for this position is $25-30 hourly.
