The Sales Associate responsibilities include, but are not limited to, customer service, ringing of customer sales and stocking retail area as needed.
- Sell the organization's product and services to new or established customers
- Process payment for products or services, may maintain customer preference records.
- Assist the customer in selecting products/services, answer questions and check for stock and availability.
- Have a good knowledge of products and provide suggestions to client or customer.
- Ensure product is stocked and fill in where product is low or sold out
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years' experience in retail sales or customer service
- Clean driving record and valid driver license
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to meet assigned deadlines
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
