About the role:
As an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) Territory Manager (TM) on Boston Scientific’s Endoscopy sales team, you will play a vital role in advancing innovative solutions that improve patient care and elevate procedural efficiency.
This is an opportunity to partner with key decision-makers in Ambulatory Surgery Centers, build long-term relationships, and bring meaningful innovation to clinical practices. Your responsibilities will include:
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) stakeholders including physicians, nurses, technicians, and administrators
- Promote products, services, and programs through regular visits, in-servicing, and procedural observation
- Collaborate with Sales Management to evaluate business conditions and identify trends
- Partner with Marketing to develop and launch new business opportunities in the ASC space
- Participate in professional education events and field training workshops
- Develop and execute quarterly business plans to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with Boston Scientific’s vision and strategic priorities
- Demonstrate clinical excellence in GI disease states through case coverage and educational support
- Build and maintain sustainable, strategic relationships in key accounts
- Stay informed on company products, programs, services, and competitive dynamics
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with customers to assess and expand value
- Ensure full compliance with all corporate policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain a primary focus on patient safety and product quality in all interactions
- Share best practices and actively participate in sales meetings, training, and team collaboration
- Manage promotional and expense budgets within guidelines
- Accurately document sales activities, expenses, and customer engagements
- Comply with Travel & Expense, AdvaMed, and Integrity policies in all sales operations
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant business experience
- Minimum of 1.5 years' direct sales experience
- Ability to travel up to 40%
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment
Preferred qualifications:
- Advanced degree
- Documented top 10% performance in sales-related competencies
- Demonstrated clinical acumen and commitment to staying current on product and industry knowledge
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry
- Sales management experience highly preferred

Initial minimum compensation for this position is anticipated to start at $108,080.00 inclusive of annualized base salary, certain guarantees, and other non-discretionary performance-based incentives. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business considerations or organizational needs.
