Job Summary

We are seeking a polished and hands-on Fine Restaurant Manager for a direct hire opportunity with an upscale Argentinian steakhouse in Miami, FL. This role is ideal for a hospitality leader who thrives in a fine dining environment, enjoys being visible on the floor, and is confident managing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. MUST BE BILINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH

The Fine Restaurant Manager will serve as the senior manager on duty, ensuring each shift runs smoothly, service standards are upheld, and guests receive a memorable dining experience. Key Responsibilities

- Lead daily restaurant operations as manager on duty, including pre-shift meetings, service flow, pacing, ticket times, opening duties, and closing procedures.
- Supervise, train, schedule, and coach front-of-house and back-of-house team members to ensure accountability, consistency, and strong performance.
- Own the guest experience by maintaining steps of service, conducting manager table touches, handling VIPs and special occasions, and resolving guest concerns professionally.
- Oversee food quality, plating, temperature standards, allergen handling, bar execution, wine service, and beverage standards.
- Manage labor, inventory, ordering, receiving, waste control, comps, voids, discounts, cash reconciliation, and daily reporting.
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, facility standards, equipment checks, responsible alcohol service, and compliance documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

- Compensation range: $80,000 to $102,000 per year.
- Direct hire opportunity.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Lead full-service fine dining restaurant operations across front-of-house and back-of-house.
- Manage service execution, guest recovery, reservations, seating flow, and team performance.
- Oversee labor controls, inventory, ordering, food safety, beverage standards, and daily reporting.
-MUST BE BILINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH
- 2 to 4+ years of restaurant management experience in fine dining, upscale dining, or full-service restaurant environments.
- Experience leading both front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
- Strong wine knowledge and understanding of beverage service standards.
- Proficiency with restaurant POS systems, reporting tools, and reservation systems.
- Food safety manager certification, such as ServSafe, plus required food-handler and alcohol service certifications based on state and local requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, coaching, problem-solving, and guest recovery skills.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to approximately 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Argentine steakhouse, parrilla, or high-end steakhouse experience preferred.
- Experience managing wine, cocktail, and by-the-glass beverage programs is a plus.
