Counseling Assistant - Part-time (Tallahasee, Florida)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented hourly contractor to support our team with mailing and document handling tasks. This role primarily involves managing outgoing and incoming mail, making physical trips to the post office, notary, and authentications office, and ensuring that documents are delivered and mailed to their appropriate destinations in a timely manner.

Candidate must be based in Tallahassee, Florida, US.

This is a remote work, part-time role on an as-needed basis . Weekly work will most likely not exceed 2-3 hours, and this role will invoice for all part time work that’s completed. Must have your own method of transportation to travel to and from the post office and other locations that may be required in Tallahassee.

What are the main responsibilities for this role?

• Prepare, package, and send mailings according to provided instructions.

• Make in-person visits to the post office, notary, and authentications office as required.
• Handle notarization requests and document authentication processes accurately.
• Track and confirm mailing and delivery of documents to their respective locations.
• Maintain organized records of all mailings, receipts, and confirmations.
• Communicate status updates and any issues promptly to the team.
