Skills & Experience

• 5-8 years’ experience in an HR role in a corporate or freelance setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A self-starter who is comfortable working in an independent, performance-based model
• A passion to grow and foster growth and success in others.
• Ready for change and driven to take ownership of your efforts and success

Responsibilities

• Participate in weekly online learning & development sessions
• Cultivate AI tools and marketing strategies across digital platforms with training and support provided
• Learn and apply lead generation techniques, conduct structured phone and video conferencing interviews and qualify candidates
• Facilitate the flow of information and decision-making with suitable candidates
• Support onboarding processes as you build, train and mentor your team
