Customer Service Representative

- Be the friendly voice of Hoffer Pest Solutions—answering calls and assisting customers with professionalism and care.
- Schedule service appointments and ensure all customer requests are clearly documented.
- Process payments quickly and accurately.
- Help solve problems and offer solutions that leave customers smiling.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver top-notch service from the ground up.
What You’ll Bring:
- Customer service experience (preferred, but not required—we’ll train the right person!).
- A positive attitude and excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Comfortable handling payments and navigating computer systems.
- Ability to stay calm, organized, and focused under pressure.
