Position Overview
We are seeking a General Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our luxury business in Tampa, FL. This role is ideal for high performing leaders outside our industry who have a proven track record of driving sales, leading teams, and delivering measurable business growth . Successful leaders in retail, restaurants, hospitality, and fitness have consistently excelled with us. The General Manager will be responsible for maximizing business performance, developing and motivating top talent, and delivering exceptional experiences to residents—all within a culture of high accountability, achievement, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead overall operations and performance of a luxury business.
• Drive revenue growth through effective sales leadership, accountability, results and relationship buildings.
• Coach, train, and develop top-performing associates with a strong focus on career growth and development.
• Ensure accountability across all aspects of operations, including financial performance, customer satisfaction, and operational standards.
• Create and sustain a competitive, high-energy environment that motivates associates to consistently exceed expectations.
• Deliver a world-class experience for residents by ensuring quality, service, and excellence at every level.
Qualifications
• Proven success as a multi-unit or general manager in industries such as retail, restaurants, hospitality, or fitness.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and grow business results.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire, coach, and hold others accountable.
• Highly competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by results and recognition.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
