Regional Trainer

O2B Kids is a GROWING education company. We are currently looking for a regional trainer for our North Florida region. The ideal candidate would love to work in a positive environment, help coach others, and have opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide training for O2B University - some evenings and weekends each month will be required
• Meet with corporate trainer to determine training needs at each center
• Conduct initial training for new employees
• Help coach within each classroom on topics such as classroom management or classroom arrangment
• Help ensure profitability, but focusing on staff training and morale
• Ability to work with several locations and staff
• Implement O2B Education standards, as well as train and maintain licensing requirements

Requirements

• DCF Introduction to Child Care Courses
• Active Staff Credential
• Active Director Credential w/VPK Endorsement (preferred)
• CPR/First Aid
• Experience working with children 6-13 years-old
• Management experience
