Digital Communications Coordinator
- Provide assistance in delivering digital marketing communications tactics for the company.
- Assist in efforts to drive messaging to key audiences through digital platforms including, but not limited to web-based marketing, SEO, social media, and all other forms of digital communications delivery.
- Assist in executing business unit goals/tactics and promote and maintain the brand.
- Interact with MarCom team to lead initiative-specific projects across departmental functions.

- Assist on projects to attract and influence prospective and current customers (website, email, online advertising, thought leadership, social media, SEO).
- Complete social, web and email projects to coincide with planned events and programs.
- Track participation on various digital channels.
- Help identify and develop content (copy and design) for email, web pages, social media, and other digital media.
- Develop presentations, newsletters, flyers, and other collateral.
- Monitor and provide updates on assigned digital projects.
- Collaborate with marketing, program and development teams on shared goals.
- Collaborate with other communication team members on reporting, content curation, and editorial opportunities.
- Follow established processes and protocols.
- Perform such assignments and duties as the Supervisor may deem necessary from time to time.
- Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, public relations, marketing, or related major OR associate's degree with two years of related experience.
- Requires research, writing and editing skills with understanding of English grammar, spelling, and composition, oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- ability to understand the strategy, values and culture of the company and apply that understanding to support the marketing, sales and strategy, and growth concerns of the company.
- Awareness of consumer behavior on digital channels (social networks, emerging channels, and web.
- Must have the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and communicate effectively on all aspects of work being done and proposed.
- Results-oriented and able to collaborate or work independently.
