In this role, youll oversee a highly skilled team of engineers and technical specialists, spearheading innovation initiatives, capital investments, and process development projects. Youll engage directly with executive leadership and major clients to define technical direction, while ensuring compliance with FDA and ISO 13485requirements. Youll have a hand in everything from design control and new product introduction (NPI) to automation and facility expansion.

This role is ideal for a seasoned engineering leader with medical device experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and the drive to lead strategic growth initiatives at a technical and organizational level.

The Role:

• Lead a high-performing engineering department supporting product design, validation, and process innovation.
• Own the strategic engineering roadmap while delivering hands-on leadership on key projects.
• Ensure compliance with medical device regulations (FDA, ISO 13485, MDR) and support client audits.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business development, quality, and operations to scale production capabilities and support customer onboarding.

The Person:

• Senior engineering leader with regulated/medical device environment experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex technical projects from concept to scale-up.
• Looking to shape technical direction and influence long-term company growth from a key leadership seat.
