Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot audio-visual equipment (projectors, cameras, microphones, sound systems)
- Support video conferencing tools (Microsoft Teams, Zoom)
- Maintain digital signage and training room equipment
- Provide technical support for PCs, software, and networks
- Assist with live events and resolve technical issues (including after-hours if needed)
- Monitor equipment, manage inventory, and coordinate repairs
- Train users on AV/IT equipment and support workstation issues
- Required Skills:
- Experience with AV systems, video conferencing, and presentation tools
- Strong knowledge of PC hardware, software, LAN/WAN environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows systems
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across AV and IT systems
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Qualifications:
- Experience in AV/IT support in a professional environment
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong customer service and attention to detail.
