Super Food & Brew is hiring a part time associate to join our Front of House team. We are a healthy food establishment, located in the heart of downtown Jacksonville. The Font of House Associate is an energetic and friendly individual that is focused on the customer experience while carrying out their responsibilities. Team work and communication are vital to this role, as well as proactivity and attention to detail. They are responsible for maintaining the front of house environment, carrying out customer orders and ensuring an optimal experience for everyone.

Impeccable customer service for every customer, from the moment they enter the restaurant until they leave.Follow standard restaurant protocol and rules, opening and closing dutiesResponsible for greeting patrons with a smile and assuring all customer needs are addressed.Carry out orders and ensure correctness.Provide the best first impression to patrons.Front of house area is maintained, clean and presentable.All drink areas are kept presentable and fully stocked including water carafe, drink well, chip well, bar area, beer well, and glassware.Restrooms should be checked often to ensure customer experience.Answer phone for call in orders and accept/process all orders through GrubHub.Go above and beyond the minimum.Support marketing and sales initiatives (suggestive upselling, events, specials, flyers, etc.)Prep sauces, sides, and silverware for the day.Restock the expo station prior to service beginning.Check all window tickets and food before it is delivered to the customer.Trash area kept clean and presentable, silverware bins and dishes pulled often, and floor kept free from debris.All basic cleaning in dining area should be performed ASAP.Dishes should removed from tables ASAP, and customers should be checked on at least once during their visit.Any complaints (including food complaints) should be brought to FOH Manager's attention immediately.Water should be brought to tables of 2 or more in carafe and replaced if needed.Clean and sanitize all seats and tables after customer use, no shortcuts.Inspect all condiment grinders, and number holders to ensure a clean customer area.Check walls and doors often for splash accidents and handprints, wipe down accordingly.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
