Transfer Driver

Trek Bikes of Florida is seeking an exceptional Inventory Transfer Driver who thrives on attention to detail, cares deeply about customer satisfaction, and is willing to go above and beyond to ensure a seamless transportation process. In this role, you will be responsible for picking up and delivering items while maintaining strict adherence to assigned routes and schedules. Responsibilities of the Inventory Transfer Driver include but are not limited to:

• Loading, packing, transporting, and delivering items safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina to handle the labor-intensive task of loading and unloading bicycles.
• Reviewing orders both before and after delivery to verify their completeness and accuracy.
• Loading and unloading items from various vehicles.
• Delivering outstanding service to our teammates and customers.
• Utilizing map applications to determine the most efficient routes and schedules.
• Adhering to all transportation laws and maintaining an exemplary driving record.
• Preparing reports and maintaining relevant documentation related to transfers and deliveries.
• Operating vehicles such as cars, trucks, box trucks, etc.

Requirements include but are not limited to:

• Align 100% with our DNA & Values
• Prior truck or van driving experience
• Clean driving record
• Comfortable with cross-coast driving
• Able to repeatedly lift 50lbs or more
• Organizational & time management skills
• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Computer literate
• Adaptable
• Be a learner
• Schedule availability - MUST be available: Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays

Job Type: Part-time

Work Location: In-person

Salary Range: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour (depends on experience)

Schedule:

• 3 days per week
• MUST BE Available Thursday, Friday, Saturday
• Part-time status
