Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Structural Revit Modeler / Drafter in St. Petersburg, FL. This role focuses on producing precise structural models and drawings using Revit software, collaborating with engineering and project teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities
Create and revise detailed structural models and drawings in Revit and AutoCAD.
Work closely with engineers and project managers to align on project requirements.
Ensure all designs meet relevant industry codes and standards.
Document model updates and coordinate with team members to achieve project goals.
Manage multiple project tasks while maintaining high attention to detail.
Qualifications
Expertise in Revit and AutoCAD for structural design.
Proven experience in structural drafting and modeling.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle concurrent projects.
Background in structural engineering or architecture preferred.
