Description of Responsibilities : Provide Great customer service skills to the stores , admin, and all other vendors/donors. Performs routine unskilled and limited semi-skilled manual work in floor care. Responsible for floor care of various surfaces including but not limited to: VCT, carpet, concrete, and ceramic tile. Also may perform general cleaning duties if required by the assigned location.

Required Experience : High school diploma or GED. Two years of verifiable experience in custodial maintenance work and the cleaning of floors preferred.

Required skills: Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions; observe safety rules; work in dusty, dirty, wet and cold conditions; walk, kneel, climb, stand, stoop, crouch, reach, push, pull and do related physical activities necessary in performing job duties; perform manual tasks related to the operation and moving of heavy equipment and supplies; lift and carry equipment and supplies weighting up to 50 pounds; occasionally lift and carry with others equipment and supplies weighing up to 100 pounds. Knowledge in the use of floor care machinery and equipment; methods, materials and equipment used in cleaning and floor maintenance; general safety practices and procedures related to floor maintenance. General knowledge of various chemicals. (Exposure to chemicals).
