Key Responsibilities:

Originate and process mortgage loan applications from referrals, real estate professionals, and existing clients.
Guide borrowers through the loan application process, helping them choose the best mortgage products for their needs.
Collect and analyze financial information to assess creditworthiness and ensure compliance with lending standards.
Maintain clear communication with borrowers, real estate agents, and other key parties to ensure a smooth approval and closing process.
Stay updated on industry regulations, market trends, and loan products to provide the best options for clients.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator.
Strong knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting criteria, and loan guidelines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with industry-specific software and technology.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Active NMLS license required.

Additional Details:

Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 am - 6:00 pm), Saturday (9:00 am - 1:00 pm), Closed Sundays and Holidays.
Pay: W-2 or 1099 options available. Base salary and/or commission, depending on the position.
Supplemental Pay: Signing bonus available for top producers and Business Development Representatives (MMI verified).
Online or Branch Options: Flexible options, including W-2 or DBA's, with access to systems like CRM/CMS, QuickBooks, and ADP.
