Marketing Manager

Radiant Express Car Wash is seeking a Community Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and contribute to our growth. At Radiant Express, our mission is to create the best, most engaging human experience in the professional automotive wash industry. Since our inception in May 2019, we have expanded to 10 locations throughout Central Florida, with more on the horizon. We pride ourselves on exceptional service to every guest and believe that our team members are crucial to this mission. Key Responsibilities:
Execute all marketing initiatives
Oversee graphic design initiatives
Predict and assess ROI for marketing campaigns
Brainstorm and implement new and creative marketing strategies
Coordinate fundraisers for local organizations
Plan and execute events at Radiant Express Car Wash
Communicate with local media outlets
Gather and report community feedback to enhance advertising strategies
Develop and execute a plan to consistently collect content from each site
Collaborate with apparel brands to design and order Radiant Express swag
Coordinate and coach marketing interns
Adapt content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google, YouTube)
Interact with users on social media and respond to direct messages/comments
Monitor social media for relevant content and trends
Edit photo and video content
Use RINSED/DRN platforms for email and text marketing campaigns
Assist with membership services/communication via emails, phone calls, and text messaging
Attend routine marketing cadence and management team meetings
Create reports for partnerships, promotions, and initiatives
Monitor social media and website engagement analytics
Research new markets to develop marketing strategies for new locations
Create and adhere to a marketing budget and report all marketing expenses
Oversee all annual Radiant Express events (Customer Appreciation Days)

Requirements:
3-5+ years of marketing manager experience, with a proven track record of driving measurable growth
Ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing plans tied to company goals
Experience managing local and digital marketing initiatives
Comfortable with data analysis and reporting to optimize campaigns
Proficient with marketing platforms, systems, and tools
Strong understanding of guest behavior/loyalty programs/and membership models
Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfortable presenting to senior leadership
Guest first mindset
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related
Marketing certifications a plus
50% of time spent in the field/regularly visit all locations
Enjoy working in an outdoor, fast-paced, guest-focused environment
Valid driver’s license/ able to travel by car to all locations
Successful completion of background check
Employment: Full-Time
Location: 50% Field / 50% Admin (Office and Remote)
Reports To: CEO
