General Manager - Tallahassee
National fast-casual franchise with 7 locations in the Tallahassee area looking for passionate, self-motivated, honest individuals. We're looking for leaders who can coach their team to achieve operational excellence as general manager of a high volume location. Starting salary of 50-70k depending on qualifications and experience. Opportunity for advancement for top performers.
- 50 hour workweek
- Up to 3 weeks vacation
- Flexible hours
- 3 paid holidays per year
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years of college + 2 years of management experience OR five years of management experience
- Excellent judgement and decision-making skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Must be hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, honest, and have great interpersonal skills.
