Home Time: Typically, you will be out for 1-2 weeks based on your location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, though 2-week periods may sometimes occur. Your schedule will run from Monday to Saturday, ensuring a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet consists of well-maintained trucks that are no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads feature 70% drop and hook operations, which significantly reduce dock waiting time. We operate with 100% no-touch freight, primarily focusing on automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Average earnings range from $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, covering 2,500-2,800 miles. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our primary routes are east of I-35, with dedicated drivers potentially logging 3,000 miles weekly. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first of the month following 60 days. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, dedicated accounts may also be available.
