Primary Care Physician Orlando, FL
$300K earning potential + Signing Bonus, Partnership Track, No Call, No Nights or Weekends
Join a forward-thinking, value-based care organization focused on delivering exceptional preventive primary care for adults 65+. This model empowers physicians to build meaningful patient relationships, spend more time with each individual, and practice medicine the way it was meant to be practicedwithout RVU pressure.
We welcome physicians with Value-Based Care (VBC) experience as well as those eager to learn.
Role:
- Compensation: Base Salary $250k-$270K + Bonus'
- Bonus: up to 10% of Base Salary
- Partnership: No Buy-in. (65% have made partner after 1 year)
- 15-18 patients a day
- Hours: Monday Friday work schedule; Clinic Hours 7:30a 5:00p (last patient is scheduled at 4:15)
- Exceptional Work/Life Balance
- Small Patient Panel 450 patients max
- Administrative time included in schedule
- No nights or weekends
- 100% outpatient
- Dedicated Care and support team (have your own MA/Scheduler/Referral specialist)
- Patient Population: Seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases

Requirements:
- Residency Trained IM/FM
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in: FM, IM or Geriatric Medicine
