REAL ESTATE ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY
Location: Miami, FL
Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Associate Attorney to join their Real Estate Practice Group in Miami , Florida.
Candidate Profile:
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record .
- Bar Admission in Florida .
- 3+ years of substantive experience in broad and sophisticated real estate transactions , including acquisitions, dispositions, debt financing, joint ventures, and development projects.
- Additional experience in borrower-side finance is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated large law firm experience , with exceptional writing and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on a wide range of real estate matters, including acquisitions , dispositions , debt financing , joint ventures , development projects , and leasing .
- Draft and negotiate complex real estate agreements, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance on borrower-side finance matters, leveraging expertise to deliver exceptional client service.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of attorneys in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
