Travel Nurse

LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Weston, Florida.

Job Description & Requirements

• Specialty: OR - Operating Room

• Duration: 13 weeks
• 40 hours per week
• Shift: 10 hours, days
• Employment Type: Travel

Position Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of direct Liver/Transplant OR RN experience required
• Strong Liver, Heart, Lung, and Kidney transplant experience required
• Experience must be clearly reflected on the skills checklist
• Candidates must have experience placing organs into the recipient patient , not only organ harvesting
• Proficiency in Misonix/CUSA required
• First-time travelers accepted

Certifications

• BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required at time of submission
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) – Required at time of submission
• NIHSS – Must be obtained prior to start
• COVID-19 Vaccine: Required (Medical/Religious exemptions only)
• Flu Vaccine: Required (Medical/Religious exemptions only)

Licensure

• Pending license accepted

On-Call Requirement

• 1 call shift per week
• Two (2) 12-hour weekend call shifts per month
• Details will be discussed by the Nurse Manager during the interview

Scheduling

• Block scheduling not available
• Guaranteed Hours:
  • 36 hours for 3×12 shifts
  • 40 hours for 8/10 shifts

Floating

• Clinician must be willing to float within scope to meet facility needs.
