Lead Licensed Title Agent/Producer (Celebration Florida)

JOB SUMMARY:

The Closing Agent is expanding, and we are seeking a Licensed Title Insurance Agent/Producer to lead and strengthen our established Celebration, Florida office. This is the perfect opportunity for a motivated, entrepreneurial title professional who wants the autonomy of running a well-positioned office with full support from The Closing Agent and AgentHome—Florida’s most reliable title insurance and settlement experts.

This role requires professional proficiency in both English and Spanish to meet the needs of our diverse client base in Celebration and the surrounding Osceola County market.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Manage end-to-end residential real estate closings with confidence and professionalism.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for agents, buyers, sellers, and lenders.
• Review and prepare title commitments, closing disclosures, and settlement statements.
• Resolve title issues quickly in collaboration with our in-house legal team.
• Maintain proactive communication to ensure a smooth and timely closing.
• Enhance and grow the Celebration office as a top-tier destination for agents and clients.

YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE:

• Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish (required)
• 3+ years of experience in Florida residential closings or title processing.
• Strong communication and client-service professionalism.
• Ability to manage a pipeline accurately and efficiently.
• Experience with RamQuest, SoftPro, Qualia, or similar systems.
• Active Florida Title License (preferred) or the ability to obtain one.
• A growth mindset and desire to elevate an established office.
