Adventurous, dedicated and diligent people are heartily welcomed to our team. Our Global Security Operation ’ s and Technology group is seeking a Physical Security Project Coordinator to deliver solutions that support our growth and expansion. This position requires a mixed background in physical security operations, project management, and technology in the corporate space. You will assume ownership of specific Global Security projects, provide technical oversight, and coordinate responsibility for the on-time and on-budget completion of large, integrated solutions. You will deliver all solutions consistent with business objectives and to customer expectations; working closely with other business teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration, which are critical for success.

How you will do it

  • You will conduct and lead large-scale security and risk mitigation initiatives, applying CPTED principles, client standards, business processes, and practical experience to develop effective physical security plans that protect teammates, clients, and physical assets. You will lead projects by establishing priorities, defining measurable objectives, coordinating cross‑functional dependencies, planning resources, scheduling work, communicating updates, implementing solutions, and continuously monitoring and reporting on progress and results.

  • You will request and submit proposals, drawings, purchase orders, change orders, and invoices within required timeframes. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and business stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure all expectations are successfully met. You will guide team activities, resolve issues across all project areas, and maintain clear communication regarding project status and emerging issues with team members, management, and relevant partners.

  • You will provide effective project coordination and leadership to assigned resources and aligned partners to ensure deliverables are met. You will develop strong working relationships with Global Security managers to support precise execution across initiatives. You will actively monitor all projects to anticipate risks, address challenges, and implement mitigation plans as needed.

  • You will use financial acumen to estimate project costs, maintain budgets, and facilitate vendor payments. You will coordinate efforts among security, technical, and facilities suppliers involved in the project. You will develop and implement high‑quality solutions that align with Global Security and client standards and will review technical development deliverables for accuracy and completeness. You will promote sound management practices and help maintain a collaborative, productive environment.

  • You will create and maintain project plans and schedules, ensuring milestones are met and project documentation is accurately stored in the document repository. You are expected to be a self‑starter capable of quickly learning new processes and technologies with minimal assistance.
