What You'll Do:
- Maintain strict confidentiality and consistently follow all safety, PPE, and hazardous-waste handling protocols.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to established cleaning and safety procedures.
- Perform a wide range of cleaning tasks in resident rooms and common areas, including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, trash removal, and window cleaning.
- Clean and maintain floors and carpets facility-wide, including sweeping, scrubbing, buffing, extracting, and shampooing as needed.
- Support overall facility upkeep by maintaining tidy common areas and reporting repair or maintenance needs to the Manager.
- Participate in cross-training across all Environmental Services (EVS) functions, including resident apartments, healthcare areas, and floor maintenance.
What You'll Need:
- 1+ year of housekeeping experience (required).
- Must be 18 years of age or older (required).
- Able to stand, walk, lift to 35 pounds, and perform basic physical tasks (required).
- Ability to work well with others, being courteous and considerate when interacting with Residents, team members, and visitors.
