BPC Home Service, the #1 Roofing Company in South Florida, is hiring a hands-on Roofing Field Manager to lead our job sites and daily operations.

This role manages residential roofing projects from start to finish. You will handle materials, site inspections, and crew leadership to ensure every job is completed on time, on budget, and meets BPC Home Service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep active field operations organized and productive.
• Create project schedules and track daily logs.
• Approve required materials and equipment for each job.
• Lead weekly progress meetings with clients and team members.
• Handle client updates.
• Coordinate job site production, safety, and quality.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in roofing, construction, or field operations management.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Strong knowledge of Florida Building Code and South Florida roofing requirements.
• Extensive experience with shingle, tile, metal, and flat roofing systems.
• Ability to inspect roofs, identify installation deficiencies, quality issues, and code violations.
• Capable of safely walking and performing inspections on residential and commercial roofs.
• Proven leadership experience managing field crews, subcontractors, and daily job site operations.
• Proficient with tablets, mobile applications, and construction/project management software.
• Willing to travel to 3–6 job sites per day to perform inspections and oversee production.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
