About the Role

Babcock Staffing is currently recruiting motivated Sales Representatives to meet with homeowners who have requested information about improving their outdoor living spaces.

Representatives will meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments provided by the company to discuss available solutions and help customers choose the best option for their home.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting new people, working independently, and being rewarded based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments
• Present available product options and answer questions
• Provide pricing and explain available solutions
• Complete order paperwork and submit sales agreements
• Maintain professional communication with customers

Compensation

This position offers performance-based commission compensation .

Typical earnings for active representatives range from $2,500 – $3,500+ per week , depending on the number of appointments completed and closed sales.

Top performers have the potential to earn significantly more.
