Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician
Sailfish Mechanical is a rapidly growing mechanical contractor serving commercial customers throughout Palm Beach and Martin County. Our team services a wide range of equipment, including air conditioning systems, pumps, boilers, and refrigeration units.

This is a non-commission position with top-tier hourly pay.
What You’ll Do
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Diagnose service issues, source replacement parts, and clearly communicate solutions to customers
- Collaborate with team members and support co-workers as needed
- Participate in an on-call rotation for nights/weekends to handle emergency service calls
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in good working order
- Complete job documentation and manage materials efficiently
- Attend and participate in company-provided training
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification (required)
- Strong working knowledge of various HVAC systems and manufacturers
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving ability
- Clean, neat, and professional work habits
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
