Job Posting: Outside Sales Representative – Getter Done Fence (Central Florida)

Getter Done Fence is Central Florida’s top-rated fence company, known for quality craftsmanship, I-Drive installations, and outstanding customer service. We’re growing fast and looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help homeowners and businesses find the right fencing solutions.

• Follow up on inbound leads (no cold calling required) via phone, email, or in person.

• Conduct on-site consultations: measure properties, assess client needs, and explain options.

• Recommend the right fencing solution (vinyl, aluminum, chain link, privacy, commercial, etc.).

• Prepare professional estimates, present proposals, and close deals.

• Negotiate and handle objections with confidence.

• Maintain accurate records in our CRM (quotes, follow-ups, client details).

• Work closely with our operations team to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Keep an eye on market trends and competitor offerings.

• Build long-term relationships, generate referrals, and upsell premium options.

• 1–3+ years of outside sales or in-home sales experience (home improvement, construction, landscaping, or fencing preferred).

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

• Tech-savvy: able to use CRM tools and digital presentation/estimating software.

• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel within Central Florida.

• High school diploma or equivalent (college or trade background a plus).

• Ability to walk properties, take measurements, and occasionally lift product samples.

• Uncapped commission structure with competitive base pay or commission-only option.

• Performance bonuses for hitting monthly/quarterly sales goals.

• Full training on products, estimating, CRM tools, and sales process.
