Apartment Maintenance Technician

This position is ideal for a hands-on technician who is comfortable supporting daily maintenance operations and keeping the property clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Position Details
- Schedule:Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Pay Rate: $20-$21 per hour (depending on experience)
- Position Type:Full-time
- Start:ASAP
Job Responsibilities
- Complete apartment service requests
- Perform make-ready/turns between residents
- Provide general maintenance assistance as needed
- Assist with grounds maintenance, including exterior upkeep
- Clean and maintain trash compactor and dumpster areas
- Pick up trash and debris around the community
- Troubleshoot and repair common apartment maintenance issues
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and professional property appearance
Requirements (Experience Required)
- Previous apartment maintenance experience REQUIRED
- Must be comfortable performing service, turns, grounds, and cleanup duties
- Standard maintenance attire required
- Own tools preferred (many tools are available onsite, but not everything)
- Reliable transportation required
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
