Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all personnel, visitors, and property.
• Conduct regular patrols, monitor surveillance systems, and inspect buildings, access points, and equipment.
• Control entry to the premises, respond swiftly to alarms or emergencies, and take appropriate action as needed.
• Identify and report irregularities, enforce site-specific rules, and manage incidents involving trespassing or unauthorized access.
• Prepare thorough and accurate reports detailing observations, interviews, and incidents.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, safety standards, and company policies.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Valid Florida Class D Security License .
• Valid Florida Driver’s License with reliable transportation .
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)– fluent in both written and verbal communication.
• Smartphone for communication and digital reporting.
• Basic computer proficiency for documentation and reporting systems.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Flexible availability , including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with willingness to work overtime when needed
