What you'll do:

The Delivery Associate is responsible for supporting the accurate preparation, handling, and delivery of materials to customers and job sites. This role plays a key part in ensuring orders are fulfilled efficiently, safely, and with a high level of customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Pick, stage, and prepare materials for delivery based on work orders or customer requests
• Load, unload, and transport materials safely using appropriate equipment
• Verify order accuracy, including quantities and product condition, prior to delivery
• Assist with organizing and maintaining inventory and staging areas
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Deliver materials to job sites or customer locations as required
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and interactions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE
• Complete basic documentation related to deliveries, inventory, and order tracking
• Perform additional duties as needed

• Familiarity with building materials or industrial products
• Valid driver’s license (if driving is required)
• Bilingual skills (e.g., Spanish) are a plus
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to lift and move materials as required
• Ability to perform work in warehouse, yard, and/or outdoor environments
• Comfortability with exposure to varying weather conditions and equipment operation
• Ability to work early mornings, extended hours, or travel between locations if required
