Property Preservation Coordinator
Property Preservation Coordinator
M-F 8:00AM-5:00PM
- Maintain communication between vendors and clients to ensure all steps are completed proficiently.
- Property Preservation experience is highly preferred.
- Prior knowledge of HUD standards preferred, to successfully communicate and submit required documents.
- Handle both pre and post-sale services regarding vacancies.
- Must have experience in Microsoft Office and utilize internal software systems.
Requirements:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Efficient negotiation skills.
- Positive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
