RN Charge Nurse - PCU Stepdown

We are seeking Full Time Charge RNs to work within an Acute Inpatient Hospital and offering a generous sign-on bonus and additional relocation assistance!!

Position: Registered Nurse RN Charge – PCU Stepdown

Location:  Brooksville, FL

Schedule:  Full-Time | Nights (Rotating Weekends)

Overview:

We are seeking a Progressive Care Registered Nurse to work in a Charge Role. You will provide clinical expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care in a high acuity environment. Compensation:

Salary Range: Up to $41.50/hr. (based on experience)

Shift diff: Nights - $4.75/hr.; Weekends - $3.00/hr.; National Cert. - $2.00/hr.

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 Days / $15,000 Nights

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Must have previous Charge Nurse experience within an acute care setting.
• Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Previous experience in an acute care setting strongly preferred.
• Current American Heart Association BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
